Return and Order Cancellation Policy
We pride ourselves in providing high quality, 100% natural superfoods, and we are committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly refund you the purchase price with the following terms and conditions. Only returns originally shipped within the United States will be accepted. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase (date on invoice). Product(s) must be undamaged, unopened and in their original packaging. All shipping is nonrefundable. Upon approval, the full purchase price will be refunded or product will be exchanged due to any manufacturing defects. Before returning any item, please contact us at email@example.com and we will gladly help you with your request.
We are committed to our customers satisfaction, if for some reason you wish to cancel your order, please submit an order cancellation request by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or call 1(765) 319-8527 or Whatsapp +507.6009.0003. Email cancellations must contain the following:
Full name, order number, a contact number and email address. This information must match the information originally submitted on your order. If we have any questions in regards to cancelling your order, we may contact you. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been shipped. If the cancellation request was received before the order is shipped, we will issue according to your preference, a full refund or store credit. However, if the cancellation order is received after the order has been shipped, we will refund the merchandise total less shipping, Max 20% of Invoice Value. We do not charge handling fees or mark up shipping costs.
For our US customers all of our orders are shipped via USPS, with a delivery confirmation number. Most of the delivery times average between 1 to 7 business days (depending on your location and the delivery option that you select, Express or Priority.)
International shipping via USPS takes around 1 week and up to 30 days, depending on the delivery option that you select during check out, Express or Priority.
These delivery times are calculated from the time the order leaves our drop shipper and not from the time you place your order. Processing times are between 1-2 business days.
On all international shipping, it is solely the client’s responsibility to check all customs regulations and handle all importation requirements and costs. Should any issue arise we will not be held responsible.
All packages are shipped securely in boxes or padded envelopes from our drop shipper in the United States. We declare the total value of the products and label its contents.
Our experience shows that no special customs issues occur with the shipping and most orders clear customs and arrive at their destination on time.
